Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous communication and direction to drivers, shops, and vendors regarding breakdown events.
Utilize the TMT RoadCall program to document issues, vendor information, and repair plans, ensuring DOT compliance.
Respond to phone calls and emails from drivers, vendors, and internal teams in a professional and efficient manner.
Follow up with vendors to obtain invoices for processing in the TMT system and upload them to Synergize.
Assist in planning, communicating, and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks with drivers and operations teams.
Job Qualifications:
Must pass drug screening and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Demonstrated proactive and helpful attitude with the ability to adapt to varying schedules and hours.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with drivers.
Preferred experience in mechanical, computer, and phone operations.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position
