Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team at Choisys Technology, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business company supporting government agencies accomplish their mission. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow into this position, with any background, but must be open and willing to learn. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our critical government projects.


Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and contract proposals.
Assist in writing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
Post job openings on various job boards, and company websites.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Manage and handle candidate’s personal private information.
Prepare interview questions and assist in conducting interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers.
Assist in making recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.
Assist in extending job offers to candidates and negotiating terms of employment.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles.
Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and records of recruitment activities.


Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher in any field
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources
Demonstrated initiative and drive
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
