Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain & follow up on office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and ordering replacements as needed.
Collaborate with local businesses and services, like courier services, to meet the office’s needs while identifying and establishing partnerships with local businesses to enhance office services and support.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when necessary.
Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
Participate in office/site equipment procurement to ensure a well-optimized, comfortable, and inspiring work environment.
Establish and manage vendor relationships by coordinating services, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, processing invoices, and monitoring service quality.

Skills:
Proven experience in handling administrative activities, including managing office operations, office areas, etc.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Basic knowledge of budgeting processes and negotiation skills.
MS Office familiarity
