The Chhattisgarh government has started the Berojgari Bhatta Yojana for educated unemployed youth. Under this scheme, eligible youth will receive Rs 2500 per month as financial assistance. To qualify, applicants must have a 10th, 12th, graduation, or diploma degree, be unemployed and living below the poverty line, and be between 18 and 40 years old.

Applications can be submitted online via the Employment Department, Panchayat Department, or Urban Administration Department websites. In urban areas, apply at the Nagar Palika or Municipal Corporation, and in rural areas, apply at the Janpad Panchayat. The state government has allocated Rs 500 crore for this scheme.

Berojgari Bhatta Yojana Objective

Educated and unemployed youth in Chhattisgarh can benefit from the Berojgari Bhatta Yojana. The scheme, started by the Chhattisgarh government, provides a monthly allowance of ₹1000 to ₹3500 based on educational qualifications.

This payment continues until the beneficiary gets a job or starts self-employment. Both boys and girls are eligible for this scheme. Only those who apply and are registered as beneficiaries can receive the allowance. The government has spent about 6 lakh rupees on this scheme and has adopted an online application process to reach more unemployed people.

Berojgari Bhatta Yojana Eligibility

• Applicant must be a native of Chhattisgarh.
• Youth aged 18 to 40 years can apply.
• No family member of the applicant should be a government pension holder.
• Must have a 10th, 12th, graduation degree, diploma, or ITI degree from a recognized institution.
• Family’s annual income should be less than two lakh rupees.
• Must be listed as living below the poverty line (BPL).

Berojgari Bhatta Yojana Selection Process

• Applicant will be called for an interview.
• During the interview, submit age certificate, educational qualification, registration form in
• employment office, and income certificate.
• Eligibility will be checked.
• Eligible applicants will receive the unemployment allowance.
• The allowance will be given monthly.
• Application must be renewed every year.
