How to Fill Offline Form 2024

  1. First of all, you have to click on Apply Offline.
  2. After downloading the notification, you will have to read the notification completely.
  3. You can apply from the application date till the last date.
  4. Fill out the form carefully.
  5. After that, if you want to make payment:
    • Payment will have to be made through challan in the bank, as specified in the notification.
  6. Also, you have to send a copy of the required document to the post office at the given address.
